Wasted my Rs.300/- Ordering it from GRENARO OFFICIAL WEBSITE
I ordered on 9th June 2026 and received it on 15th June but when i plugged in my DJI mobile adaptor and tried connecting DJI Mic Mini 2 it did not supported.
When I contacted Grenaro Contact number they told me to send a video but when I called again today 16-6-2026 they are telling its only supports their brand mics and no other brand mics.
I was expecting at least a good customer service from them but they did not bothered to solve the problem. Yesterday one fellow told I will get refund once I send them the video, But today they tell i will not get refund or replacement.
In their website its mentioned its compatible with iPhone but now they changed their commitment.
I am clearly saying it again I am not behind the Rs.300/- I am concerned about you people don't lose your money and TIME buying these fake items and it will not solve the PROBLEM ! I have Call recordings and screenshots of the conversation i can share those if you need. DM.
Doesn't work with DSLR/Mirrorless Cameras. If we use it on camera, there's a constant beep sound. And it doesn't charge beyond 80%
I purchased it for using with a camera and it's not working well. Worst purchase. Customer support is useless.
